The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board’s Cemetery Records System was the first of its kind in Australia. It is a computerised tool that enables heritage records to be maintained for all of our cemeteries, dating back to 1899. The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board maintains records for all interments, cremations and memorials at our cemeteries dating back to 1899.
